I’m Silas.

I first started exploring ‘bodywork’ back in 2009 when I noticed that no matter how much I stretched my neck it was always tight, but when I had moments of deep peace, the tension simply melted away on its own. Soon I began to appreciate how I would feel more at peace after a deeply connected yoga session.

This began my investigation into the relationship between our felt experience of life, our bodies, and our attention.

Pulling from many brilliant teachers and traditions, I’ve come to practice and share what I call Conversational Bodywork. Opening a conversation between us while learning how to listen to and come into harmony with your body’s innate intelligence.

We work together to alleviate physical, psychological and emotional pain, then go further to explore how we can optimize you as a whole Being engaging and enjoying your life, will all the challenges and gifts that come with life on earth.
